Lure Course

Our dog walker, Bill, has recommended having Harper run a lure course to help get some of her endless energy out!  The course is a system of pulleys and ropes all connected to a motor.  They tie little white bags to the rope, and as soon as Harper sees the bags she just knows what to do!  It is pretty neat to watch, and she is definitely a tired dog afterward.  It is $2 a run and well worth the money.  Whenever Bill has the course set up for practice, we try to take Harper (she can’t actually participate in the competitions because she isn’t a sight hound).
This isn’t the easiest video to see, but you can really tell what Harper is doing at the end of the video (you can also enjoy Jacob’s goofy commentary!).
