20 Weeks and Ultrasound

Here is a 20 week picture! I have changed A LOT since 16 weeks :)
During my 20th week we had our ultrasound! We found out we are having a healthy baby BOY :) Jacob was able to come to the ultrasound with us, and he loved being able to see the baby growing in my belly. Finding out that he is having a brother was, obviously, the highlight! There were no visible issues that the ultrasound technician could detect, and my genetic screening came back clear. God is already protecting this little baby who is bringing so much happiness to our family!

Because of my heart defect and Jacob’s hole in his heart, we are having a fourth ultrasound at 24 weeks to confirm there are no issues with the baby’s heart. We are looking forward to another chance to see our little man!
Also…we are still working on the name! (that is the first question everyone asks) We are wavering between about 4 names, and we can’t decide on anything…so we are taking our time. Next on the list: the nursery!
